• University degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Extensive experience as Technical Product Owner or similar in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Workday, with proven experience in Workday Recruiting and ideally Workday VNDLY.
• Solid understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, security, business processes, and integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.

Aufgaben

• Own the product and technical roadmap for Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY.
• Drive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions supporting permanent and external workforce processes.
• Act as the primary technical SME for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Define and manage product backlog, priorities, and technical requirements.
• Ensure seamless integrations across the HR and enterprise ecosystem, including Workday HCM, SAP BTP, and vendor management solutions.
• Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Drive testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate new Workday capabilities and translate them into business value.
• Support strategic workforce initiatives, including external workforce and contingent labour management programs.
