PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH in Geneva seeks an experienced Senior Scrum Master to assess Agile maturity, establish delivery standards and support HRIS delivery practices in a Workday environment.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, implement Atlassian governance with Jira and Confluence, and deliver an improvement roadmap across international teams over a 3-month engagement starting 01.10.2026.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles within international organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to assess team maturity and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile delivery, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, especially Jira and Confluence.
• Workday/HRIS delivery context is a plus.
• French language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assess Agile ways of working and delivery maturity with Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
• Establish baseline covering team practices, Agile@Scale adoption, Atlassian governance, testing and release management, including Workday.
• Identify strengths, gaps and impediments, and develop an improvement roadmap with clear priorities.
• Define and document HRIS delivery practices for Scrum, Kanban, capacity planning, testing, QA and release management.
• Consolidate input into a blueprint with guidance, templates, routines and controls for product delivery and SaaS releases.
• Coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Embed Agile@Scale and Atlassian governance into daily delivery.
• Improve collaboration, planning, transparency, dependency management and continuous improvement.
• Define indicators to track adoption and maturity using Jira data.
• Report progress, risks and actions to management and ensure sustainable adoption.
