Job summary

SwissPeak Partners GmbH seeks a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services and exchange trading to contribute to analysis and delivery of sophisticated trading capabilities. You will translate market and business needs into precise, implementation-ready specifications and collaborate with product, architects, developers, and QA across the delivery lifecycle.

You will work in a hybrid environment (50% remote) in Zürich, focusing on complex trading platforms, market

Qualifications

7+ years in financial services.
4–6 years with exchange-traded products.
Equities and ETFs experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of trading platforms and matching engines.
Excellent analytical and problem solving with attention to detail.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Analyse and structure complex business requirements in financial markets, exchange trading and market infrastructure.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Analyse trading platforms and matching engines, including order processing and lifecycle processes.
Document requirements for market models and exchange-traded instruments.
Prepare business requirements, functional and interface specifications.
Assess impact of changes across interconnected systems and processes.
Collaborate with product, architects, developers and QA throughout delivery.
Support backlog refinement and agile delivery.
