Job summary

SwissPeak Partners GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to help advance its digital pension portfolio, including Pillar 3a and related investment solutions. You will own requirements analysis, create features and user stories, and support implementation through testing and acceptance.

In a dynamic, agile environment (SAFe), you will run workshops with product management and UX/UI specialists, develop GUI prototypes with Figma, and ensure quality through QA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Engineering or Business Analysis.
• Experience in financial services or insurance preferred.
• Experience with digital investment or pension/advisory solutions.
• Proficiency in BPMN, GUI prototyping, Story Maps.
• Experience in SAFe/agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and specify requirements for digital pension solutions.
• Further develop the digital pension portfolio.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, product management and specialist departments.
• Develop customer-focused and technically feasible solution proposals independently.
• Create and specify features and user stories.
• Develop GUI prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI specialists.
• Support and accompany the implementation of new features.
• Coordinate and perform the acceptance of delivered functionality.
• Ensure quality assurance and support the testing of new functionalities.
