Job summary

Experis invites a Project Management and Business Analysis professional to join our Zurich team on a hybrid basis, starting as soon as possible for a 12-month assignment.

You will lead requirements, target-state architectures, and coordinate delivery of FX, PM and ETD trading capabilities, working closely with business, client and partner management, risk, and regulatory teams to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Lead requirements definition, target-state design and product roadmap for FX, PM, and ETD e-Trading.
• Coordinate solution delivery across business, regulatory, and tech stakeholders to ensure production readiness.
• Bridge business requirements and technology delivery as SME to drive alignment and decisions.
• Plan end-to-end system integration, testing, migration, and operating-model readiness across functions.
• Ensure delivery success by pro-actively managing dependencies, risks, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements, target-state design, product roadmap and delivery of FX, PM and ETD e-Trading capabilities.
• Align stakeholders across business, client & partner management, trading, controls, regulatory and order management to ensure production readiness.
• Act as the SME bridging business requirements and technology delivery, driving stakeholder alignment and solution decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption activities across functions.
• Ensure successful delivery by proactively managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
