Job summary

Source Group International is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Tester for Zurich to lead ETD/OTD derivative projects. The role requires strong knowledge of options, futures, forwards and swaps with a background in banking or capital markets and at least six years of experience.

The contract runs for 12 months at 100% workload, starting November 2026, with a focus on requirements gathering, BRD/FSD development and rigorous SIT/UAT testing across trading platforms and market data environments.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of derivatives trade lifecycle, pricing, and processing.
• BRD, FSD, and user stories development required.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements for ETD/OTC products.
• Produce BRDs, FSDs, and user stories; map business processes.
• Plan and execute SIT/UAT testing with traceability to requirements.
• Coordinate with trading platforms, data providers, and regulators; support issue resolution.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Tester with strong knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and OTC products, including Options, Futures, Forwards and Swaps.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of derivatives trade lifecycle, pricing, trade capture, processing and regulatory reporting.
• Minimum 6 years of experience within banking or capital markets; previous T24 implementation experience is a strong advantage.
• Skilled in gathering requirements and producing BRDs, FSDs, User Stories and process maps.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, functional, integration and regression testing.
• Experience working with trading platforms, market data providers, clearinghouses and capital markets environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation and problem-solving skills.
