Swiss Himmel GmbH, Basel, is seeking a Senior Telecom Transformation & Delivery Leader to drive large-scale BSS programs for major European operators. You will oversee CRM,Billing, Provisioning and data migration, delivering modernization while guiding multi-vendor and offshore/on-site delivery teams.

The role requires extensive client-facing experience, strong executive stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex telecom transformations across borders.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of experience in Telecom and IT with strong transformation leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Telecom BSS: CRM, Billing, Rating, Provisioning, Inventory, Data migration, Testing, Operations.
• Proven experience delivering transformation programs for Tier-1 telecom operators.
• Strong experience managing large, multi-vendor delivery environments and international teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead large-scale telecom transformation programs across BSS and digital platforms.
• Provide strategic direction across CRM, Billing, Rating, Provisioning, Inventory, and related systems.
• Drive modernization, migration, testing, transition and operational transformation initiatives.
• Lead consolidation and migration of legacy BSS platforms to target solutions.
• Define delivery approaches and ensure execution across the full technology lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning through implementation and transition.
