Deutsche Telekom AG seeks a senior leader responsible for the overall operation and development of cloud managed services in Switzerland. You will ensure high service quality, drive transformation, and optimize processes while shaping service governance and delivery models.

You will manage international delivery teams, oversee budget and capacity planning, and lead strategic initiatives across hyperscaler technologies (AWS, Azure). German/Swiss German and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree (e.g. computer science or comparable).
• Several years of experience in managed services or cloud operations environments.
• Many years of management experience (min. 10 years) in complex delivery organizations.
• Profound knowledge of hyperscaler technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience in IT service management, cloud governance, and FinOps.
• Knowledge of the Swiss market is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the cloud managed services organization in Switzerland with a focus on operation excellence and strategic delivery.
• Ensure SLA compliance and service quality across global and local delivery teams.
• Manage incident, problem and change management while driving automation and FinOps initiatives.
• Define and govern service governance, standards, and operational guidelines in collaboration with security and compliance units.
• Support sales and customer service teams with managed services deals and transformations.
