Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years leading SDLC projects.
• Proven Agile/Scrum leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Strong release management and continuous delivery background.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive delivery.

Aufgaben

• Oversee delivery of software product initiatives across the full SDLC.
• Enforce process discipline within internal product teams.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and scope are met.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Coordinate release cycles, deployments, QA, and post-release validation.
• Align roadmaps with sprint deliverables and track SaaS milestones.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops for deployments.
• Maintain delivery rigor while enabling continuous delivery and CI/CD.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Provide structured progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement within SaaS teams.
