Wealth Dynamix in Geneva is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee software initiatives across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will enforce process discipline within internal product teams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and scope are met, with a focus on internal execution for timely SaaS releases.

This role requires a strong communicator and facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced SDLC environment, balancing agility with rigor to deliver high-quality

Qualifikationen

A minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience with at least 5 years in SDLC projects.
Proven experience managing product development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong background as a Scrum Master in fast-paced SDLC environments.
Deep understanding of release management and continuous delivery practices.

Aufgaben

Ensure Agile delivery leadership across SDLC product teams.
Coordinate release cycles and post-release validation.
Track milestones, align roadmaps with sprint deliverables.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and Operations for smooth deployments.
Maintain delivery rigor while adapting Agile practices for SaaS.
Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
Provide structured reporting to senior stakeholders.
Foster accountability and continuous improvement within teams.
