Qualifikationen

• Several years of IT project management experience with a focus on SAP.
• Experience as the responsible project manager in at least two projects with a project volume exceeding CHF 2 million.
• Proven responsibility for contract management, payment processing, and reporting.
• Experience working with public sector clients, government agencies, or regulated industries is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing SAP projects (budget, quality, deadlines, scope).
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating external service providers and suppliers.
• Applying the HERMES methodology and integrating agile methodologies (SAFe).
• Stakeholder management at the C-level and ensuring clear, audience-appropriate communication.
• Responsibility for contract management, payment processing, controlling, and reporting to management and steering committees.
• Risk, change, and claim management in complex SAP programs.
