Capgemini Switzerland is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support agile delivery teams and client stakeholders in transformation initiatives. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams and Product Owners, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in English and German is required. You will work with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps, collaborate across business and technology, and help scale

Qualifikationen

8+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
Expertise in Scrum and scaling frameworks (SAFe/LeSS).
Experience coordinating with international stakeholders.
Fluent in English and German.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Aufgaben
