Blockstream is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across the EMEA region and support our mission of building world-class teams.

You will partner with the Head of HR EMEA and the global HR team to attract and retain exceptional talent across technical and business functions. You will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while influencing hiring strategy across the region.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in high-growth, international tech environments.
• Experience hiring in regulated industries (software, financial services, crypto, fintech).
• Experience supporting high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
• Strong sourcing depth; proactive pipeline development.
• Experience managing cross-border hiring within EMEA.
• Data-driven recruiting with focus on velocity, pipeline health, quality-of-hire.
• Comfort working in a distributed, remote-first organization.
• Fluency in English; German/French/Italian/Spanish or another language preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

• Operate as a strategic talent partner, owning hiring outcomes across EMEA.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across EMEA for technical and business roles.
• Build, nurture, and activate strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to clarify role scope and criteria.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists balancing speed and quality.
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Educate hiring managers on structured interviewing and market insights.
• Own recruiting metrics and use data to refine approach.
• Contribute to employer branding and visibility in key talent communities.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the EMEA lifecycle.
