Blockstream is seeking a hands-on People Operations Specialist, EMEA, to join our People team, reporting to the Head of HR EMEA. This role spans administrative excellence, employee experience, compliance, and HR business partnering across a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

You will bring structure, attention to detail, and strong execution to onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and automation initiatives, with a focus on Swiss and broader EMEA HR practices.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations and HR administration.
• Experience supporting payroll, contracts, HR systems, and HR workflows.
• Experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions within EMEA.
• Knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Be a trusted contact for employees across the EMEA region.
• Support HR policies, processes, and documentation.
• Lead onboarding activities creating a welcoming employee experience.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and vendor communication across EMEA.
• Support compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with focus on Swiss and broader EMEA HR operations.
• Drive HR process automation and explore AI-enabled HR solutions.
