• Experience hiring in regulated industries (software development, fintech, crypto).
• Experience supporting high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
• Strong sourcing depth; proactive pipeline building.
• Experience managing cross-border hiring within EMEA.
