coni + partner ag in Zurich specializes in international tax and private equity fund investments. We are seeking a Tax Manager for PE Funds (US/EU) to join our team and help ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will advise on FATCA and AEOI, review US and corporate tax matters, assist with due diligence, and support global tax reporting processes for the fund. Strong analytical skills and client focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Tax Law; further tax law education is an advantage.
• Experience at a Big Four firm or top-tier law firm is required; international tax and US tax experience.
• Knowledge of private equity fundamentals and tax compliance across jurisdictions with various fund structures.

Responsabilités

• Support investment teams with tax guidance for investments and partnerships.
• Research tax laws and rulings; review tax returns by external advisors and tax reporting processes.
• Advise on FATCA, AEOI and W-8/W-9; manage global tax obligations and due diligence in PE investments.
