Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in taxation with leadership/coaching experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, Excel proficiency.
• Ability to translate complex tax rules into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Swiss income tax figures for investment funds.
• Coordinate with partner offices, clients, and fund administrators for data.
• Manage end-to-end reporting: timelines, deadlines, quality, and delivery to clients/authorities.
• Serve as a trusted contact for Swiss fund tax reporting matters.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation of reporting tools.
• Lead engagements, supervise juniors, and manage engagement economics and relationships.
