Zusammenfassung

medmix is seeking an (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire talents across Europe, with main focus on the DACH region while supporting selected global recruitment projects. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver best candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Experience with ATS and data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Partnership with leaders in a multinational, matrixed org.
• Employer branding and multi-channel talent attraction knowledge.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages a plus.

• Lead intake meetings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Drive structured assessments and data-driven decisions.
• Handle recruitment admin, ATS updates, and KPI reporting.
