Zusammenfassung

An international recruitment firm in Zurich is seeking a Sales Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) to join its team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English and German skills, a completed KV apprenticeship, and preferably some sales experience. Responsibilities include identifying and pre-qualifying candidates, engaging with customers to promote services, and coordinating interview processes. The role also involves contract negotiations. Only candidates with a European passport or Swiss citizenship will be considered.

• Through active telephone and personal contact with applicants, you identify specialists and managers and pre‑qualify them
• You identify decision‑makers at potential customers and convince them to work with SThree in telephone and personal presentation appointments and meetings
• You will acquire open positions from new customers as well as existing customers and discuss the precise requirement profile of the candidate
• You organize and coordinate the entire interview process between candidate and client
• You negotiate contracts on the client and candidate side
• A completed KV apprenticeship or comparable training
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Ideally, initial experience in HR consulting or sales experience through internships, working student activities, etc.
• Willingness to work performance‑and success‑oriented
• High level of commitment, ambition and perseverance
