Applic8 SA in Nyon is seeking a seasoned Swiss Payroll professional to manage the full payroll cycle for Swiss subsidiaries of international groups. This part-time role (60-80%) includes one remote day per week and offers a stable, expert-driven environment where payroll expertise is highly valued.

You will work closely with developers to enhance the payroll software and serve as the technical contact for HR/Payroll Managers in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent French and business English (written and spoken) required; German is a plus.

Join our Swiss Payroll Outsourcing division in Nyon. Here, there’s no constant turnover: our average tenure is 12 years. Your Role: Managing Payroll from Start to Finish.

• Payroll Processing: Comprehensive management of the monthly cycle—from personnel changes to closing—for Swiss subsidiaries of international groups.
• Technical Expertise: You have a thorough understanding of complex payroll specifics, including Shadow Payroll, RSUs/stock options, and expatriate management, among others.
• Taxation: Rigorous management of withholding tax across different cantons
• Innovation: You collaborate with our developers to continuously improve our payroll software.
• Client Partner: You serve as the technical point of contact (in French and English) for your clients’ HR/Payroll Managers.

Your Profile

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Swiss payroll management. Experience in fiduciary services or outsourcing is a strong asset.
• Education: CFC, Federal Certificate, or equivalent training (experience takes precedence).
• Languages: Fluent French and business-level English (written and spoken) are essential for communicating with our international clients. German is a plus.
• Personal Qualities: You are proactive, conscientious, and able to handle peak workloads with composure.
