Zusammenfassung

Terminal Investment Limited (TIL) is recruiting a Sustainable Development Manager to lead the implementation of its Sustainable Development department and programme. Reporting to the Head of Sustainable Development, you will drive sustainability initiatives across TiL's international terminal portfolio and own complex projects with senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Strong academic qualifications and at least 7 years of experience in dynamic, fast-paced organisations, including significant experience managing sustainability-related projects or programmes with responsibility for delivery, impact measurement and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex sustainability programmes or projects within a corporate, infrastructure, consulting, or investment environment.
• Sound knowledge of key sustainability agenda topics, with a focus on climate change mitigation & adaptation, energy and environmental topics.
• Experience with non-financial reporting standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP…) and regulatory reporting expectations.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of TiL's Sustainable Development agenda across functions, business units and terminals.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver sustainability initiatives focusing on climate adaptation, decarbonisation, energy transition, social impact and responsible business practices.
• Lead engagement with management teams, senior leadership and external stakeholders to translate objectives into practical plans and drive alignment.
• Manage environmental and social workstreams including due diligence, impact assessments and management plans across terminals.
