Terminal Investment Limited (TiL) seeks an experienced Operations Manager to join our Geneva headquarters. You will partner with terminal leadership across our network to drive performance improvement, capacity optimization, and standardization of best practices.

The role requires 5–10 years in container terminals, deep knowledge of operating procedures, and strong data-driven skills. You will lead cross-terminal initiatives, report on capacity and productivity, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in Operations/Efficiency/Operational Excellence within container terminals.
• Strong knowledge of terminal operating procedures, systems, and efficient drivers.
• Proven track record in analyzing operations and optimizing processes in container terminals.
• Ability to manage multiple priority projects logically and accurately.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma expertise is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with terminal leadership to develop action plans for productivity and capacity improvements.
• Track and report progress of improvement initiatives, highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Lead performance improvement projects including process reengineering and technology upgrades.
• Support terminals staff on best practices, SOPs, and productivity techniques with safety in mind.
• Produce regular reports on terminal capacity, productivity, and volume for management.
