Zusammenfassung

Terminal Investment Limited (TiL) is seeking a Terminal Investment Manager based in Geneva, Switzerland. You will report to the Terminal Investment Director and oversee detailed execution and monitoring of business plans across terminals, ensuring TiL standards and delivering analytical insights to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills, with regular travel to terminals within the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Financial degree or equivalent experience in finance.
• 3–5 years in a senior management role in container terminals.
• Previous container terminal management experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of container terminal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of terminal operations and maritime/shipping.
• Knowledge of terminal financial and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with business planning and investment evaluation.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and organized.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Implement terminal business plans in line with strategic objectives.
• Monitor daily operational and financial performance of assigned terminals.
• Prepare analyses, performance reports, and recommendations for Deputy and Director.
• Collaborate with terminal management and joint venture partners to resolve operational or financial issues.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhancements in reporting and performance tracking.
• Travel to terminals as required to oversee operations and build relationships with key stakeholders.
