Terminal Investment Limited (TiL) is seeking a Terminal Investment Manager based in Geneva, Switzerland. You will report to the Terminal Investment Director and oversee detailed execution and monitoring of business plans across terminals, ensuring TiL standards and delivering analytical insights to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills, with regular travel to terminals within the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Financial degree or equivalent experience in finance.
• 3–5 years in a senior management role in container terminals.
• Previous container terminal management experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of container terminal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of terminal operations and maritime/shipping.
• Knowledge of terminal financial and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with business planning and investment evaluation.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.

Terminal Investment Manager

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Terminal Investment Director, the TerminalInvestment Manager is responsible forthe detailed execution andmonitoring of business plans for assigned terminals. He/Sheensures thatthe terminals operate in compliance with TiL standards and provides detailedfinancial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making. Thisrole requires strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder managementskills, with regular travel to terminals within the portfolio.

This full-time position is based in our Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and the successful candidate is expected to travelfrequently to visit the terminals that fall within his/her portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skill:

• Financial degree or previous experience in a financial roles

• Verygoodknowledge of the stakeholders of the containerterminal industry.
