NetApp in Bern, Switzerland seeks a Solutions Engineer to lead the technical engagement across the full sales cycle for Public Sector and Enterprise customers. You will partner with Client Executives to uncover business challenges and craft innovative data infrastructure solutions, spanning hybrid cloud, data management, security, and AI technologies.

You will collaborate with partners and executives, perform hands-on POCs, and deliver technology-driven business value, while traveling as needed

Qualifikationen

• Proven 4+ years in enterprise or large customer complex sales cycles (public sector experience preferred).
• Ability to discuss AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and DR with customers.
• Strong knowledge of data storage, data protection, virtualization, containers, and cloud architectures.
• Excellent discovery, communication, and presentation skills; translate tech into business value.
• Collaborate with executives, partners, and specialists to deliver outcomes and enablement.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical engagement across the entire sales cycle for Bern region.
• Design and position complex solutions across NetApp portfolio: hybrid cloud, data management, cybersecurity, AI.
• Manage multiple opportunities and guide customers through digital transformation.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure outcomes.
• Conduct technical workshops and ROI/TCO overviews with stakeholders.
