Zusammenfassung

Sygnum Bank in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Engineer to strengthen our Client Lifecycle team. You will design and implement scalable APIs and backend services across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Azure, and custom AI agents.

You will own the full development lifecycle from design to production, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with SRE, Security, and Platform teams to ensure resilience and compliance.

Qualifikationen

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to strengthen our Client Lifecycle team. You’ll play a key role in evolving the backbone of our Client Lifecycle Management systems across the different technologies:

• Design and implement scalable solutions in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Powerplatform and Azure
• Design and implement APIs and backend services in C#/Azure and Java/Quarkus
• Design and implement Java and/or Python based AI agents
• Build and manage integrations using Azure Functions and API Management
• Configure and secure Azure infrastructure for integration scenarios
• Ensure high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage
• Collaborate with SRE, Security, and Platform teams to ensure resilience, observability, and compliance
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from design to production
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

The Team

Our Client Lifecycle team is redefining how the bank manages clients. We build and operate systems to enable the attraction, onboarding and servicing our clients. Our solutions span the Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Azure stack as well as Java built webservices and agentic AI solutions.

• Engineering skills to design and implement APIs and backend services
• Flexibility to handle a broad tech stack
• Fluent in AI assisted engineering
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and PowerPlatform or other SAAS solitions
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and secure cloud architecture
• Experience working with sensitive data (e.g., PII) in regulated environments
• A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving collaboration
• Agile, MVP-driven approach and curiosity for new technologies
