In our Custom Digitalisation division, we develop bespoke solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies – ranging from process automation to complex business applications. Our projects operate at the intersection of business, technology and transformation.

We are looking for someone who not only manages projects but also takes responsibility, designs solutions and, at the same time, builds and develops a team. Someone who enjoys guiding people, building trust and leading them with enthusiasm through joint projects.

In this role, you will combine challenging project and consultancy work with the technical leadership of a small team. You will remain closely involved with clients and the implementation process – whilst at the same time developing your team further.

This rarely involves clearly defined requirements, but rather questions such as:

• How do you digitise a process so that it really works in day‑to‑day operations?
• How do you translate complex business requirements into a scalable technical solution?
• How do you integrate systems so that data flows consistently and processes become end‑to‑end?
• How do you build solutions that not only work today, but remain maintainable in the long term and incorporate the AI solutions of tomorrow?

You’ll work closely with clients, consulting, solution design and engineering teams, take end‑to‑end responsibility for projects and solutions – and guide your team through these challenges.

You will:

• Lead and deliver challenging custom digitalisation projects based on the Microsoft Power Platform – from the initial idea through to go‑live
• Take responsibility for scope, budget, schedule and quality
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into viable solutions
• advise clients at all levels – functionally, technically and strategically
• design digital processes, automations and bespoke applications, and be responsible for their implementation
• work with Solution Architects to make the right architectural and solution decisions
• provide technical leadership and support the professional development of a team of consultants, developers and project managers
• coach your team members and support them in their professional and personal development
• Play an active role in building the team, as well as in recruitment and staffing
• Support pre‑sales activities and present solutions convincingly

One day you might be discussing a process architecture with a client. The next, you might be structuring a project set‑up, guiding your team through a critical phase or supporting an employee’s development. After that, you’ll work together to bring a solution through to go‑live.

You don’t just manage projects. You design solutions that really work within the company – and build a team that delivers them.

What's your ambition?

• several years’ experience as a consultant and/or project manager in a consultancy or digitalisation environment
• experience in leading teams in a specialist capacity – or a clear ambition to take this step
• strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Experience in areas such as the following is particularly relevant:

• Leading IT or digitalisation projects
• Consulting experience
• Dynamics 365, Power Platform or other business applications
• Process digitalisation and automation
• System integration, APIs and data flows
• Working in client‑focused consultancy or project environments

Experience in the following areas would also be an advantage:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
• Dynamics 365 or other business applications
• Azure, cloud architectures or integration platforms
• Data models, governance and scaling of solutions
