Jobgether is assisting a partner in Switzerland to hire a Senior Software Engineer (Data). You will join a lean, autonomous team building data-cost management products, shaping the roadmap and delivering backend, data engineering, and visualization features.

You’ll own end-to-end capabilities—from data pipelines to UI components—working in a distributed, flexible setup that values pragmatic decisions, speed, and measurable customer impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on backend and data engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, dbt, Dagster and Snowflake.
• Ability to design scalable, reliable data and backend solutions.
• Experience building data pipelines and data-driven product capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, comfortable in distributed teams.
• Self-directed, ownership mindset with accountability from concept to delivery.

Aufgaben

• Design and build data cost management capabilities: forecasting, anomaly detection and cost allocation.
• Develop reliable backend and data-engineering solutions surfacing actionable insights.
• Create data pipelines and transformation models to support new capabilities.
• Build UI components and data visualizations to communicate performance and costs.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and workflows.
• Own features end-to-end from requirements through release.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders via proposals, code reviews, and testing.
• Contribute to pragmatic execution and high-quality engineering practices.
