Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake) to design and optimize Snowflake environments and customer data foundations in a remote-first, international setting based in Switzerland.

You will transform fragmented customer data into scalable foundations for engagement across CRM, personalization, and audience activation, enabling unified profiles and effective lifecycle marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, optimization, and cost management.
• Experience with customer data platforms and identity resolution, and Customer 360 initiatives.
• Strong SQL and dbt skills for scalable, maintainable data models.
• Familiarity with consent management, privacy frameworks, data governance, and security.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake data models for engagement, reporting, segmentation, and activation.
• Develop customer-level data structures for personalization and lifecycle marketing.
• Translate requirements into robust Snowflake models ready for CDP and downstream activation.
• Build and maintain pipelines to synchronize data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with CRM, CDP, analytics, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to address business needs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance across customer data models.
• Support Customer 360 views and improve audience readiness across channels.
• Contribute to ownership culture, collaboration, and continuous learning.
