Adobe is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee facilities management across five sites covering approximately 130k sq ft in Germany and Switzerland. You will drive relationships with partners, lead cross-functional meetings, and ensure flawless execution of strategies and solutions to deliver a world-class workplace experience.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with IT and Employee Experience to boost productivity, and act as owner’s rep for projects while implementing sustainability

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years work experience with at least 5 years leading site facilities independently; 3 years on the client side.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary contact for Workplace Strategy & Site Operations (WSSO) at designated sites.
• Execute the Global Site Operations (GSO) vision, building strong relationships with senior leaders and business units.
• Lead and coordinate site vendors across facilities management, food service, wellness, space & occupancy, finance, sustainability, and events.
• EMEA lead for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) operations.
• Manage financials, ensuring budget adherence and accurate forecasting.
• Balance customer-centricity with operational excellence in delivering site services.
• Implement sustainability strategies and lead site-level initiatives.
• Act as owner's rep for all projects to meet business and operational requirements.
• Establish occupancy strategies and manage space utilization effectively.
• Collaborate with Employee Experience and IT to improve productivity and experience.
• Partner with Global Safety and Security for incident management and safety, emergency response, and business continuity.
