Qualifikationen

• Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Corporate Real Estate/Facility Management, idealerweise in Grossorganisationen.
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Outsourcing-FM-Verträgen und Transformationsprojekten.

Do you have extensive experience in Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management within Switzerland?? Would you like to take responsibility for ABB's Facility Management operations across Switzerland and lead a major FM transformation program? Then join our team in Baden as Lead Facility Management Switzerland.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ABB's Facility Management operations across Switzerland, overseeing a nationwide portfolio of approximately 240,000 sqm of office, production, R&D and logistics space across multiple locations. You will oversee the delivery of integrated FM services through external partners, drive operational excellence and cost optimization, and play a key role in shaping the future FM operating model for ABB Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Facility Management service delivery across ABB's Swiss portfolio, acting as the primary interface with the integrated FM provider and ensuring contractual compliance, governance, KPI achievement, and service excellence.
• Drive the completion of ABB's national FM transformation, including finalization of the FM tender, transition planning, and successful mobilization of the new FM partner across all Swiss locations.
• Optimize operational performance, compliance and cost efficiency, ensuring adherence to regulatory, HSE and ABB standards while delivering continuous improvements in service quality, sustainability and user experience.
• Support strategic real estate and facilities objectives, leveraging data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and project leadership to enhance portfolio performance and deliver facility investments.

Your Background

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate and/or Corporate Facility Management within Switzerland, preferably within a large multi-site organization.
• Proven experience managing outsourced FM contracts, external service providers, and integrated FM service delivery models.
• Experience leading FM transformation, outsourcing, mobilization, or transition projects, with strong project management skills and the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of operational Facility Management, contract management, performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels; proactive, customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in German and English is required; experience driving digital transformation initiatives in Facility Management, including AI, smart buildings, predictive maintenance, workflow automation, and advanced analytics, is a strong advantage.
