• Experience leading office relocation or workplace transformation projects.
• Strong facilities management or workplace operations background.
• Demonstrated project management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in a changing environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate office relocation and workplace-related projects from planning through execution.
• Manage day-to-day facilities and workplace operations.
• Coordinate landlords, building management companies, suppliers and external service providers.
• Act as the main point of contact for workplace and office-related operational matters.
• Manage vendor relationships, service performance and operational delivery.
• Support office space planning, occupancy changes and workplace optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, Procurement, Finance and Office Management teams.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.
• Ensure smooth delivery of workplace projects with minimal disruption to business operations.
