agap2 is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead complex construction and fit-out projects in Switzerland. You will independently manage on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedules, quality, and safety compliance across high-profile office, life sciences, and high-tech projects.

The role requires several years of experience in similar positions within Switzerland, a civil/architectural technical background, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Bauleiter in Switzerland (mandatory).
• Experience managing complex interior fit-out, office, life sciences, or high-tech construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedule, quality, and cost management.
• Proven ability to work with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage and coordinate renovation and construction projects on site.
• Plan, monitor, and control all construction activities, ensuring schedules, quality, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and client requirements.
• Monitor progress and proactively address technical and organizational challenges.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Support commissioning, inspections, final acceptance, and handover.
