Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Senior Service Analytics Analyst for EU & WWI to act as a strategic analytics and finance partner. You will integrate financial, operational, customer, and workforce data to drive insights that improve Services performance, scalability, and profitability.

You will support Field Services, Technical Support, Customer Services, and Customer Success, going beyond reporting to identify key drivers and translate analyses into actionable recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analytics, FP&A, or related fields.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience integrating financial and operational data to derive insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business problems.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and advanced Excel.
• Experience applying AI/automation to finance/analytics workflows.
• Strong business acumen linking operational, customer, workforce, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and able to identify insights beyond initial questions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, cultures, and geographies.
• Excellent English written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Deliver integrated financial and operational analytics for EU & WWI Services.
• Build scenario, sensitivity, and driver-based models for strategic decisions.
• Provide insights on revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and workforce metrics.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis, and variance analysis.
• Translate complex questions into structured analyses and recommendations.
• Align regional OGST with KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Apply AI and automation to speed analytics and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Services, IT, Data & Analytics, and global teams.
• Communicate analyses clearly to leadership with insights and impact.
• Drive automation and scalable analytical processes across EU & WWI.
