Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Service Analytics Analyst – EU & WWI to partner with the Customer Experience & Services leadership. You will integrate financial, operational, customer, and workforce data to generate forward-looking insights, influence decisions, and improve Services performance.

The role goes beyond reporting to identify key drivers, quantify opportunities and tradeoffs, and translate analyses into concise executive recommendations.

• Senior analytics role requiring strategic analytics and finance partnership.
• Experience integrating financial, operational, customer, and workforce data.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to accelerate insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated financial and operational analytics identifying performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across EU & WWI Services.
• Develop scenario and driver-based models to evaluate strategic alternatives and support decisions.
• Provide insights on revenue, costs, margins, profitability, productivity, and workforce performance.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Translate complex questions into structured analyses with forward-looking recommendations.
• Connect financial and KPIs to strategic priorities and OGST objectives.
• Apply AI and automation to accelerate recurring analyses and improve forecasting.
• Collaborate with Services, Operations, IT, Data & Analytics, and global teams to improve data quality and analytics capabilities.
• Communicate concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations with clear business implications.
