Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Business Intelligence to shape market data strategy for Europe and New Markets, managing data onboarding, vendor relations and BI platforms for Executives.

You will partner with Commercial and Medical Affairs, oversee data quality and governance, and lead data sharing initiatives to drive informed business decisions across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Management or a related discipline.
• 7+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech or Life Sciences consulting or related fields.
• Experience with data exploration and BI platforms and databases.
• Knowledge of drug distribution models and market channels in Europe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic direction, vision and roadmap for Market data strategy in Europe and New Markets.
• Own data onboarding, vendor management and data integration plans for new datasets.
• Lead BI and Reporting platforms and ensure high quality delivery by implementation partners.
• Provide data analysis support to stakeholders and manage data governance and quality checks.
• Coordinate training and adoption of GCMT platforms across Europe and New Markets.
