Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an FP&A Manager - Group Support to lead Europe’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate data into strategic insight and drive the regional consolidation across EMEACLA.

In this role you’ll own the Group Support FP&A cycle (AOP, latest estimates, rolling forecasts), oversee budgeting, and coordinate with country FP&A, accounting, and commercial teams to ensure timely, accurate executive storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional qualification is a plus
• 8–10 years of progressive FP&A or Financial Controlling experience in multinational environments; multi-country exposure preferred
• Proven ability to present financial topics to SVP/Sr. Director-level audiences with clear, structured communication
• Strategic mindset with ability to connect financial analysis to business strategy and proactively surface insights, risks, and recommendations

Aufgaben

• Own the Group Support FP&A cycle including AOP, latest estimates, and rolling forecasts; frame outcomes within a strategic narrative
• Lead executive reporting and variance analysis for SVP and Sr. Director audiences; explain drivers and inform decisions
• Drive OPEX & CAPEX oversight, budget discipline, and forecast accuracy across divisions and cost centers
• Coordinate EMEACLA regional consolidation with country FP&A teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Strategy, Country Management, Regulatory, and Communications to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Lead cross-divisional projects to improve reporting quality and planning processes; drive tool implementation
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, IT for integrated regional planning deadlines
• Deliver high-impact ad-hoc analyses on performance, costs, and investments
