Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes company, is seeking a Senior Industry Process Consultant to bridge clinical operations with platform capabilities across mid-market biopharma in Europe.

You will lead pre-sales engagements, run executive discovery sessions, and craft high-value business narratives that prioritize 'why' over 'how', collaborating with Client Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, R&D, and Professional Services to secure technical wins and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling software in life sciences
• Deep understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and data management
• Solid knowledge of SaaS, cloud tech and database structures
• Experience with sales methodologies (Challenger, TAS, SPIN) and SFDC
• Travel up to 50% across Europe; EU work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership across mid-market accounts
• Align with Client Executives on opportunity qualification and strategy
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and growth
• Translate platform capabilities into business narratives to win deals
• Lead product demonstrations of Medidata and Dassault platforms
• Collaborate with architects to configure demo environments
• Coordinate with Product, R&D and PS to address technical questions
• Lead executive discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges
• Design and execute evaluation strategies including pilots and POCs
• Own responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Maintain records of pre-sales activities in Salesforce
• Participate in QBRs and share market insights with teams
• Engage with industry networks via events and webinars
