• Manage the complete project lifecycle from Discovery to Implementation.
• Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
• Lead phase gate reviews and ensure all required deliverables are completed.
• Coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Track project risks, issues, scope changes, and mitigation plans.
• Support budget planning, cost tracking, and TCO analysis.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with governance and compliance requirements.
