Job summary

Allps is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure projects from discovery through implementation. You will coordinate technical teams, manage milestones, and serve as the primary interface between clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and budget tracking across regulated environments, with exposure to modern enterprise platforms and cloud-based infrastructure. Remote work options apply.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and TCO analysis.
• Ability to operate in regulated environments with governance requirements.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from Discovery to Implementation.
• Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
• Lead phase gate reviews and ensure all required deliverables are completed.
• Coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Track project risks, issues, scope changes, and mitigation plans.
• Support budget planning, cost tracking, and TCO analysis.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with governance and compliance requirements.
