Zusammenfassung

Exyte seeks an Expert Planning & Project Controls professional to act as a central PMO across projects, overseeing scheduling, cost control, and document management. This role ensures transparency, structure, and efficiency in project execution and serves as a primary interface between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include maintaining integrated schedules with Primavera P6 and MS Project, driving cost control, SAP invoicing, and document lifecycle

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Project Controls within complex EPC, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and cost controlling.
• Experience with SAP and document management tools (SharePoint).
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to manage multiple project dimensions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• High level of accountability, reliability, and ownership.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, and monitor overall project progress
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules, scope, and deliverables
• Analyze schedule deviations and develop and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure milestone achievement
• Take ownership of project cost controlling within the Exyte scope, including forecasting, resource planning, and P&L tracking
• Manage scope changes, assess their commercial impact, and ensure transparent cost reporting
• Process and track invoices and perform cost controlling activities in SAP
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all cost-related matters, including reporting and performance updates
• Manage and further develop document management systems (e.g., SharePoint), including structure, access management, and user support
• Ensure the complete document lifecycle is maintained, including version control, metadata management, workflows, and compliance with project and regulatory requirements
