Zusammenfassung

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer in Geneva to design and evolve enterprise-grade software architectures in a financial services setting. You will lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and own delivery of Java/Spring based services and API architectures.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to Agile practices are essential.

Qualifikationen

At least 8 years of experience in senior technical roles.
Strong experience with Java, Spring and API-based architectures.
Experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum).
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
Financial services domain experience preferred (Banking/Wealth/Asset Mgmt).
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Maven and modern software practices.
Nice to have Kubernetes, Docker and container deployments.
Nice to have Kafka, MQSeries or equivalent messaging technologies.
Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise-grade architectures.
Experience in complex, business-critical environments, ideally in financial services.
Strong analytical, autonomy and ownership mindset.
