Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in banking/fintech with delivery management or solutions architecture.
• Experience managing complex technical delivery programs in regulated financial services.
• Exposure to custody, payments, or core banking platforms (Avaloq knowledge preferred).
• Hands-on technical delivery with solution architecture or system integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and DevOps practices.
• Regulatory/compliance understanding (Swiss/European).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across geographies.
• Languages: Swiss German, German, and English; French/Italian a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize end-to-end delivery processes for financial services solutions including custody, payments, tokenization, and digital asset integration.
• Develop and maintain standardized delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks for banking clients.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to speed delivery, improve quality, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate market insights into actionable delivery plans and standards.
• Provide delivery oversight ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance, and architecture standards.
• Coordinate with Product & Engineering to ensure scalable, implementable designs.
• Drive knowledge management and lessons learned across the financial services practice.
• Manage resource planning and allocate for client projects to optimize team utilization.
