Zusammenfassung

InvestCloud is seeking an experienced senior delivery professional to drive client portfolio implementations and program delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and technical design for fee billing and revenue management, while developing product roadmaps and coordinating installation with client teams. Strong leadership, communication, and multi-project management skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in financial services software delivery and client-facing roles.
• Experience leading software implementation projects across multiple SDLC models (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid).
• Strong leadership and relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client and team facilitation.
• Knowledge of Private Banking / Wealth Management front-office transformation, CRM/CLM onboarding.
• German or French language proficiency is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive delivery and implementation of client portfolios and programs, providing high-level client service and technical expertise.
• Work on business analysis, project management, technical design and requirements gathering related to fee billing and revenue management.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps and liaise with customers to document business needs.
• Create and present proof of concept solutions to business needs, and coordinate technical installation of the application.
• Collaborate with the client's technical teams in delivery management and configuration, building and delivering SQL scripts & queries.
• Extract and document clear functional and technical requirements according to SDLC procedures.
• Provide QA testing for client customizations and product enhancements.
• Analyze, resolve and manage support issues under client SLAs and budget guidelines.
• Plan, delegate and communicate project objectives to internal teams; drive timely results.
• Foster strong team relationships with enthusiasm and adaptability.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with engineering and development and run sprint ceremonies and refinement sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How you will provide meaningful contributions:

• Drive delivery and implementation of client portfolio/program(s), providing a high-level of client service, technical expertise and expert portfolio, program, and project management experience.
• Work on a wide variety of key project tasks such as business analysis, project management, technical design and requirements gathering in relation to fee billing and revenue management.
• Responsible for the development and execution of product roadmaps.
• Liaise with customers to identify, develop, and document business needs.
• Create and present proof of concept solutions to business needs.
• Coordinate and document technical installation of the application.
• Work with the client's technical teams in delivery management and technical configuration.
• Build, test and deliver SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures.
• Extract and document clear functional and technical requirements according to SDLC procedures.
• Provide quality assurance testing to client customizations and product enhancements.
• Analyze, resolve, and manage support issues, adhering to client specific Service Level Agreements.
• Effectively manage, delegate, and communicate project objectives to internal teams while producing timely results.
• Build effective team relationships with enthusiasm, patience, a positive attitude, and adaptability.
• Adherence to budgets, policies, and company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate troubleshooting/issues with engineering and development.
• Knows Agile methodology and can plan and run sprint ceremonies and refinement sessions.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• A. or B.S. in Business, Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services software delivery, client-facing role.
• 10+ years of experience with software implementation projects.
• Experience working with various SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid models with a product-centric focus.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Strong client focus with a confident and professional presentation.
• Analytical skills to assess client business needs, identify solutions, and manage requirements across multiple projects with a strong ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills to facilitate client and team discussions, presentations, and meetings and accurately document requirements.
• Strong leadership, relationship management and consultative skills to lead collaborative work sessions within and among various internal and external teams.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Private Banking / Wealth Management knowledge with a focus on Front Office Transformation, Compliance, and CRM / CLM / Onboarding.
• German or French language proficiency is a plus.
