Zusammenfassung

DECTRIS Ltd is seeking a Senior Scientific Solution Engineer to drive value for prospective customers from initial discovery through onboarding. You will map customer science to our detectors and D.LAB platform, design trials on the customers’ data, and run hands-on sessions to convert evaluators into confident users.

You will travel internationally up to ~50%, collaborate with researchers, engineers and commercial teams, and feed insights back to product.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in business development, sales/solutions engineering, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Strong domain expertise in materials science and/or structural biology.
• Strong coding ability to build tooling, scripts, and demos quickly and cleanly.
• Excellent English and willingness to travel internationally up to ~50%.

Aufgaben

• Own time-to-value for prospective customers from discovery through onboarding.
• Lead technical discovery by mapping customer science, instruments, and workflows to our solution.
• Design and run trials and proof-of-value engagements on customer data and problems.
• Run workshops and hands-on sessions converting evaluators into successful users.
• Travel to customer sites to perform this work where science happens and to broaden the network.
