Job summary

KPMG Switzerland seeks a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager for Customer Transformation in Zurich. You will lead Salesforce-enabled workstreams, translate business needs into actionable designs, and facilitate workshops with clients to align processes and priorities.

You will drive the design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce, manage plans and risks, and support testing, rollout, and training.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, information systems, technology, marketing or a comparable field.
• Several years of consulting or industry experience in CRM, customer transformation, marketing automation, sales or service transformation.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Other Clouds would be a plus.
• Salesforce Admin 201 and Agentforce certifications are a strong advantage.
• Experience translating business requirements into customer journeys, functional designs, user stories and implementation roadmaps.
• Strong project management, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, analytical and client-focused mindset with high quality standards.
• Native-level German language skills and advanced English proficiency are required; French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within Salesforce-enabled customer transformation programmes, from discovery and design through implementation and adoption.
• Analyse customer journeys, CRM processes, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and scalable solution concepts.
• Facilitate client workshops and align business, technology and implementation stakeholders on target processes and priorities.
• Support the design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce implementation.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, risks and dependencies, ensuring high-quality outcomes and transparent client communication.
• Support testing, rollout, training and change activities to embed new capabilities and ways of working.
• Contribute to proposals and the continued development of our Customer Transformation and Salesforce offering.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
