Job summary

KPMG Switzerland is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for People Transformation to lead HR transformation initiatives across Switzerland. Location focus includes Geneva and Zurich with a 100% workload and start date by arrangement.

You will advise HR leaders, design and implement HR operating models, streamline HR processes, and manage cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders. Fluency in English plus German or French is required, with a strong consulting background.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 6–10 years of experience in Business Transformation, HR Operations or HR Strategy, including consulting.
• Experience delivering HR transformation projects (operating model redesign, process optimization, HR tech).
• Ability to manage workstreams and stakeholders with timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and client-focused communication skills.
• Advanced English; fluency in German or French.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR leaders on future-of-work trends and translate into priorities.
• Lead workstreams to design and implement HR operating models, processes and tech.
• Improve HR services, business partnering and centres of excellence.
• Streamline end-to-end HR processes (onboarding to retire and talent management).
• Assess HR tech landscapes and recommend solutions across value chain.
• Develop implementation plans including change management and training roadmaps.
• Manage project plans, deliverables and client stakeholders with cross-functional teams.
• Coach junior colleagues and foster a collaborative delivery culture.
• Lead proposals, client presentations and development of client relationships.
