KPMG Switzerland in Zürich seeks an experienced HR transformation professional to advise HR leaders and design practical priorities. You will lead workstreams for operating models, processes and technology, improve HR services and streamline HR processes across the value chain, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in business, psychology, HR or related field.
• Six to ten years in business transformation, HR operations or HR strategy, including consulting.
• Experience delivering HR transformation projects (operating models, processes, tech or shared services).
• Ability to manage workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and deliver on time.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and client-focused communication.
• Advanced MS Office and knowledge of SAP or Workday.
• Advanced English with fluency in German or French.

Aufgaben

• Advise HR leaders on future-of-work trends and translate into practical priorities.
• Lead workstreams to design and implement HR operating models and processes.
• Improve HR services, partnering and centers of excellence for quality and efficiency.
• Streamline end-to-end HR processes including onboarding and talent management.
• Assess HR technology landscapes and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop implementation plans including change management and training roadmaps.
• Manage project plans, deliverables and client stakeholders with cross-functional teams.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to delivery excellence.
• Lead proposals, client presentations and development of client relationships.
