Salesforce.com Sàrl is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will lead a delivery pod with a Deployment Strategist, guiding end-to-end implementations from configuration to full-stack deployment in large enterprises.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems.
• Fluent in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and data integration.

• Lead design and build of AI agents end-to-end from architecture to production, including prompts and tool calls.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards, oversee KPIs and deployment health across customer environments.
• Lead PoCs and MVPs, co-build with customers, share best practices, enable customer teams.
