Salesforce is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will lead a delivery pod, partnering with a Deployment Strategist to bring production-ready solutions to life from day one.

You will work with LLMs, LangChain, and data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, shaping end-to-end deployment and customer outcomes across large enterprises.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, APIs, and data modelling.
• Fluency in English and at least one of German or French, willingness to travel ~25%.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and build of AI agents and experiences end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms; oversee KPI reporting.
• Lead PoCs and MVPs that move from concept to deployable quickly; mentor junior engineers.
• Serve as a senior technical voice in the pod and translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions.
