You will design, lay out, and verify IC subblocks in multi-GHz ranges, collaborate with test and application engineers, and contribute to high-speed TIAs, linear modulator drivers, and DC control loops, supporting product characterization throughout development.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with at least 2 years IC design experience.
• Experience designing 30+ Gbps TIAs and linear modulator drivers.
• Knowledge of SiGe bipolar or RF CMOS.
• Hands-on mmWave, RF, and analog IC design.
• Cadence schematic and layout experience; scripting is a plus.
• Familiarity with EM modeling tools such as EMX, ADS, HFSS, or Sonnet is desirable.

• Design, layout, and verification of IC subblocks operating in the multi-GHz range
• Collaborate closely with test and application engineers to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Contribute to the development of high-speed transimpedance amplifiers, linear modulator drivers, and DC control loops
• Support product characterization and provide technical expertise throughout the product development and release cycle
